Custom Home Builder is looking for a Sales Assistant to support sales and marketing activities for new custom home sales efforts at their furnished model in Myrtle Beach. The selected candidate will assist in all lead generation and lead management activities, prospect follow:up and aid in the facilitation of community:marketing campaigns, promote business relationships with select real estate companies and brokers as well as assist in the showing of model homes.
Required Skills
1) Be able to effectively interact with customers, Real Estate Agents, Company personnel and industry peers;
2) Demonstrate general knowledge of the company sales process and participate in sales training as directed by their management team.
3) Demonstrate general administrative skill in working with the sales team and use of Lead Management and Intranet software systems, including Design and Quotation capabilities.
4) Demonstrate a proficiency in sales communication, to include, but not limited to telephone skills, email communications and preparation of point of purchase literature, brochures and .
5) Be capable of managing tight deadlines, promptly addressing changes without disrupting schedules, and managing high volumes of work with minimal direct supervision.
6) Operate and maintain, as directed, the assigned model home(s) within company guidelines.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Open and operate furnished model home during published model home hours.
* Meet, greet, and qualify walk in traffic and customers in a professional manner.
* Demonstrate to prospective customers features and benefits, process of builder and products offered.
* Maintain and update the merchandising and marketing efforts of the model home, sales office, community signage and all speculative and lot inventory as directed by Management.
* Support the Sales Consultant in their efforts in attracting prospecting buyers through fliers, promotional programs and referrals to generate additional qualified prospects.
* Foster an ongoing environment of teamwork and collaboration between all personnel and associated Real Estate Broker team, focusing all actions toward meeting stated objectives.
* Develop and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for employees and customers at all times.
