Empowered Sales Representatives Wanted : High Commissions + Generous Residual Income
North American Processing Solutions is a nationwide provider of credit card processing services and e:commerce solutions to small and mid:sized businesses. We are seeking career:minded Sales Representatives to join our team in a recession:proof industry with unlimited opportunity for growth and promotion.
Our Outside Sales Executives receive initial training on our industry and sales approach through training videos we have produced that cover everything from our business model, 10 steps to closing a deal, the paperwork involved and so forth. You will be assigned a Sales Manager, these managers oversee 4:8 Outside Representatives and have all been on the field themselves and closed on plenty of deals. They will be there for you every step of the way to provide feedback, answer questions and encourage ongoing improvement.
We do have a marketing team that schedules 3:5 consultations daily with applicable business owners for our Outside Sales Representatives. These consultations are a great way to network and build an account base in your area by closing deals with interested business owners and receiving referrals of other business owners they know that may be interested.

The average leasing commission for a deal is between 500:700. (Paid weekly)

For each account you close on you will receive 300 and 25 residual commission of the processing profit margin on a monthly basis, for as long as the account is active and as long as you are an independent contractor with the company.

We offer a referral bonus as well. For every candidate you refer you will receive 250 after they complete training and close on 3 deals.

To give you an idea of the potential here, our top producers are making 100,000+ a year after 2 years on the field.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum 1 year outside sales experience is required.
