Sales Support Associate - (Myrtle Beach) in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina For Sale
The Sales Support Associate is to ensure that the South Beach Resort Tour Reception, Gifting, Sales F&B and Sales Receptionist job functions are performed in a professional and organized manner while providing a quality product for our sales tour guests. Requirements * Basic office and phone skills are a must. * Ensures "world-class" guest satisfaction at all times for all internal owners and guests, as well as external guests * Performs all elements of the check-in and departure process for the designated sales and marketing department * Achieves personal and departmental written objectives determined throughout the year by the Sales Center Support Manager * Maintains professionalism with sales staff, team members, prospective purchasers and Orange Lake owners * Facilitates guest flow and sales tour assignments * Maintains adequate physical material inventory levels for the department * Ensures check-in accuracy by verifying marketing qualifications for proper tour assignments * Prepare, reconcile and distribute all departmental reporting upon management's approval in a timely manner. * Work with guests who are NQ's and cancels to save the tour. If unable to do so, refund tour deposit. * Prepares rotation and supplies for the next day's business * Adheres to the department's dress code * Assists Sales Managers and Sales Consultants with ensuring all questions are answered in a professional, informative, diplomatic and correct manner. * Any additional responsibilities that may become evident during the course of the operation. * Excellent computer and telephone skills. * Proficient in use of Internet, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. * Outstanding verbal and communication skills. * Strong customer service skills and commitment. * Able to priorities, organize and delegate assignment with ease. * Strong work ethic
